ExonHunter License Agreement
(C) 2001-2006 Bronislava Brejova, Tomas Vinar (AUTHORS)

1.  AUTHORS grant RECIPIENT a royalty-free, nonexclusive, and
    nontransferable license to use ExonHunter (PROGRAM) upon the terms
    and conditions set out below.

2.  RECIPIENT acknowledges that the PROGRAM is a research tool still
    in the development stage and that it is being supplied "as is,"
    without any accompanying services or improvements.

3.  AUTHORS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
    AUTHORS SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY LIABILITY NOR FOR ANY
    DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WITH RESPECT TO ANY
    CLAIM BY RECIPIENT OR ANY THIRD PARTY ON ACCOUNT OF OR ARISING
    FROM THIS AGREEMENT OR USE OF THIS PROGRAM.

4.  RECIPIENT agrees to use the PROGRAM solely for internal purposes
    and shall not distribute or transfer it to another location or to
    any other person without prior permission from the AUTHORS.

5.  Title and copyright to the PROGRAM and any associated documentation
    shall at all times remain with AUTHORS, and RECIPIENT agrees to
    preserve same.
